How do I create an Evergreen Home Cleaning Account?

When you book service an account is automatically created for you.  Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively you can create and log into your account at https://evergreenhomecleaning.launch27.com/login/

Do you service my area?

If you live within 10 minutes of Omaha city limits, yes!

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment.  Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.  We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment?

We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.  If you have carpeted areas, we would prefer to use your vacuum to avoid cross-contamination with other homes.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Sure thing. Simply select the extras on the booking page, respond to your confirmation email, or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

How do I change my address?

Log into your account at https://evergreenhomecleaning.launch27.com/login/and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively, you can can give us a call at 402-979-7740 and we will update your address for you.

 

 

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account at https://evergreencleaningomaha.launch27.com/login/ and update your card on file.  Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online here.  Alternatively, you can give us a call at 402-979-7740 if there are any issues at all.

Pricing & Policies

Why does the hourly rate seem high?

The hourly rate is based upon a team of cleaners, most likely two.  This rate includes the cost of personnel, payroll taxes, bonding, insurance, etc.

How will the cleaning professionals enter the home?

There are three common scenarios:  1)  The resident will be home to let the team in.  2)  A door is left unlocked.  3)  A security code or key will be provided.  We’ll reach out to you prior to your scheduled cleaning to see which option you prefer.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check.  We are also fully bonded and insured.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away at 402-979-7740 and we’ll take care of it.  That’s our promise to you!

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Absolutely.  We have three levels of security in place. First, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Second, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security.  Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe which are layered on their 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).  Rest assured we take security very, very seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes they do.  We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within 48 hours). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within 48 hours). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.

What is a standard clean?

Kitchen

  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Clean counter tops
  • Wipe down exterior of appliances like the microwave, stove, oven, and fridge
  • Take out any garbage and replace garbage bags
  • Clean all floor surfaces

Bathrooms

  • Polish and clean mirrors
  • Clean and wash out sinks
  • Shine spouts and handles
  • Wash all countertops
  • Sanitize toilets and toilet bowls
  • Clean showers and tubs
  • Empty and replace trash can bags
  • Sweep, mop and vacuum all floor surfaces

Bedrooms, Living Rooms, and Other Areas

  • Wipe down table surfaces and countertops
  • Dust ceiling fans
  • Dust window sills
  • Empty and replace trash can bags
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor surfaces

What is a deep clean?

Deep Clean

A deep clean consists of everything listed under the standard clean.  In addition, we go to war with all the dirt and grime that has accumulated over the years.  We clean:

  • Doors
  • Doorways
  • Baseboards
  • Cabinets
  • Spot clean walls
  • Vents
  • Microwave
  • Light switches and fixtures
  • Power outlets

What Services are Not Included?

A Cleaning Appointment Does Not Include:

  • Washing Dishes
  • Lifting Items Over 25 Pounds
  • Cleaning Porches, Patios, Decks, or Garages
  • Cleaning External Windows
  • Cleaning Litter Boxes or Other Pet Messes
  • Cleaning Other Heavily Soiled Areas
  • Any Extermination (Bugs, Rodents, etc.)
  • Any Areas Out of Reach with 2-Foot Step Ladder
